Measure resolution at the final size
Pixel dimensions only make sense alongside print dimensions. An image 1200 pixels wide placed 4 inches wide has 300 pixels per inch. Enlarging that same file to 12 inches lowers it to 100. Voqado flags placed raster images below a planning target of 300 PPI; large format work may use a different target.
Use vector originals when you can
A true vector logo scales without depending on pixel resolution. For safety, this preview studio accepts raster images only. Keep your original vector files separately for the production team instead of uploading an untrusted SVG or relabeling a file extension.
Screen color is a preview
Screens emit light; printed inks reflect it. RGB screen colors do not guarantee a match to a particular CMYK process, spot ink, or paper. A print supplier must confirm color profiles and conversion settings. The studio offers a visual proof and a separate print PDF with embedded fonts and page boxes. Both use RGB; export requires confirming that the production workflow accepts it. PDF/X and calibrated CMYK conversion are not provided.
Check every page
Look for missing fonts, low resolution images, accidental empty pages, and content outside the safe area. Production needs a defined final size, bleed, correct color handling, and any special finish separations. Approve a supplier proof when exact results matter.
