Standard U.S. shipping starts at $5.99 and depends on the item, and it is free on orders of $60.00 or more before tax. Your cart shows the exact rate before you pay. We ship within the United States only.

Production takes 2 to 4 business days after you approve your artwork, then standard delivery takes 5 to 8 business days. There is no rush option at checkout yet.

If it arrives damaged, misprinted or materially different from the proof you approved, email print@voqado.co within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo. We will reprint it or refund it, and you keep the original.

No. Adding a product or saving artwork does not charge you. Review your total, then continue to secure checkout to pay.

Start from the Check details portal link on our checks page. Private invitations belong on checks.voqado.co. If a link or request looks unexpected, contact print@voqado.co using the address on this website before entering information. Never send bank details in an email reply.

Choose a product, then upload artwork or open a supported design in Studio. Browse templates, replace the sample details, review every side, and add your design to the cart.

Studio images: PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 8 MB, kept at their original resolution. Artwork attached to a product: PDF or image files up to 2 GB each, sent by secure cloud upload. An attached PDF is not converted into editable Studio layers.

Studio projects and recovery drafts stay in this browser. Product attachments stay local until you choose cloud saving or submit them at an enabled checkout. Sign in to access eligible cloud drafts and orders across devices. Keep original artwork and downloaded backups.

Supported exports retain vector text and shapes, embedded fonts, images at original resolution, and trim and bleed boxes. File checks flag issues before export. These are RGB PDFs, not certified CMYK or PDF/X files. Exact supplier specifications and production approval still apply.

Yes. Choose the product, quantity and options, then save it to your cart. You can check out now and add artwork afterwards; nothing prints until you approve it.

Use the dedicated check workflow. Never put bank account numbers, routing numbers or signatures in general artwork, cart notes or email. Secure financial personalization is handled separately.

Choose Edit product & artwork on that item, update it, and save your changes. Create another version when you need a separate design. Removing a cart item leaves its original local artwork available for reuse.
