Good to know
Is the design really free?
Yes. Every design is free, from business cards to banners and logos, and you do not have to order anything. You pay only for printing, at the normal price, if you choose to print.
How long does it take?
Your first draft arrives within 1 or 2 business days of your brief, depending on the design: 1 business day for business cards, postcards, flyers, door hangers, other marketing print, banners and flags, signs, posters, stickers and labels, stationery, clothing and bags; 2 business days for brochures and booklets, menus, packaging, weddings and events, logo. Weekends and US holidays do not count.
What is a revision?
A revision is one round of changes: everything you want changed in the draft you have, sent together, such as wording, colors, layout or sizes. You get up to 3 rounds within 30 days of the first draft. A completely new direction is a new request, and that is free too.
How do I review my design?
We email you when a draft is ready. Open it in your account, then approve it, or write everything you want changed in one message. When you approve, the print ready file is saved to your account, ready to attach to an order.
What if I am not happy with my design?
Say what is not working and ask for changes, up to 3 rounds. If it is still not right, send a new brief with a new direction, at no cost. You never have to order, so you are never stuck with a design you do not love.
Can I switch the type of design?
Yes. On the brief you can switch the type at any time, for example from business cards to postcards. What you already typed stays, and the questions change to fit the new design.
What should I send?
Your business or event name, the exact words to show, the colors and style you like, and your logo or pictures if you have them. Up to 3 files with your brief: PDF, PNG, JPEG or SVG, 4 MB each.
Who owns the design?
You do. Once approved, the file is yours to print with us or keep.
Can I see it before anything is printed?
Yes. You approve the design in your account before you order. Nothing is printed until you place an order.
