Privacy and your artwork.

Who is responsible for your information

SUBEH Enterprises LLC, doing business as Voqado operates Voqado and is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. For privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests, contact print@voqado.co. Please identify the relevant account or order without emailing passwords, complete payment card information or banking details. We may need to verify ownership before disclosing or deleting records.

The current site lets you prepare products and artwork locally, save eligible work to a private account, and build a cart. Eligible orders can proceed to hosted payment checkout when a current price and the required order details are available.

Designs and artwork

Studio projects and recovery drafts stay in this browser’s local storage. Artwork attached to a product is stored in this browser’s IndexedDB so it survives a reload. Files are not sent to an artwork server simply because you select them. Downloaded proofs and backups are saved to your device.

Cloud drafts

Choosing Save cloud draft sends the selected configuration and artwork to private storage in Neon PostgreSQL, hosted in the United States. A signed, HttpOnly browser cookie identifies your session for up to 30 days. Guest drafts are private to that browser session. Signing in with a verified email can associate eligible cloud drafts, artwork and order records with your account for access on another device. Clearing the guest cookie before connecting that work can remove your access, so retain originals. Use Delete selected cloud draft to remove that draft and artwork not referenced by another draft or order. Unfinished upload reservations expire after 24 hours; completed records are not automatically deleted when a cookie expires. Do not upload sensitive personal or banking information.

Customer accounts

The account system uses Neon Auth to verify your email with a single use sign in code. We do not store account passwords. Cloud work is associated with an account identity verified by our server. Connecting existing guest work requires your explicit confirmation; do not import someone else’s work on a shared device. Signing out does not erase Studio designs saved only in this browser, local uploads or your cart. Bank details remain in the separate Checks portal and are not copied to the customer workspace.

Your order cart

Your cart stores product options, notes, and references to attached artwork in this browser. At an enabled checkout, the explicit continuation step uploads attached files to Voqado’s private order storage. Payment and delivery information is collected on Stripe’s hosted checkout. A signed browser cookie associates your uploads and order status with your guest session; it is not an advertising cookie. If you enter an email address at checkout but do not finish paying, we may keep that address with the unfinished order for up to 30 days so our team can help you complete it.

Retention and device access

Other people using the same browser profile may be able to see saved work. Clearing site data removes local files and carts, so keep original artwork and downloaded project backups. Removing an item from the cart does not delete the underlying original file. Artwork already submitted to the order service is separate from your local copy. You can request review or deletion of submitted information at print@voqado.co. Some order records may need to be retained for transaction, dispute or legal obligations; submitting a request does not automatically erase those records. We review deletion requests against outstanding fulfillment, accounting and legal needs and explain any reason we must retain records. We do not promise that deleting browser data deletes submitted order records.

Free resources and print tips

When you enter your email to keep a free resource such as a printable kit, planner or cheat sheet, we store that address, the resource you chose, the page you signed up on and the date in private storage hosted by Vercel in the United States. We use it to send that resource and, at most, one practical print tip each month. We do not sell it or share it for advertising. Reply to any email or write to print@voqado.co to be removed, and we will delete the stored address.

Reviews and recent orders

After a paid order you can review the products in it. We store your rating, review text, first name, optional city and the order reference privately. If we publish the review, only the rating, text, first name, city and month appear, marked as a verified buyer. We remove private details before publishing but do not edit opinions. To keep reordering simple, this browser remembers the reference and product names of paid orders you view. No prices, addresses, artwork or payment details are kept, and clearing site data removes the list.

Optional audience measurement

When optional analytics is enabled and you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits to published public pages, product views and print tool visits. Google Tag Manager may deliver these same measurements, only with your consent. We send canonical public page addresses without queries or fragments, generic page categories, public product or tool identifiers, and only the origin of recognized Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo or Yahoo referrals. We do not send campaign text, search terms, artwork, order identifiers, product notes, form entries or banking details. Private workspaces, account pages, carts, order status and production screens are excluded. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Google measurement scripts do not load before consent. Use Analytics preferences to withdraw consent and remove analytics cookies. You can reload after saving your work to unload active measurement scripts. Browser blocking and declined consent mean these reports do not include every visit.

Google Customer Reviews

On the status page of a paid order we ask whether you are willing to be surveyed by Google about that order. Nothing is requested from Google and nothing about you is sent there unless you choose yes. Choosing yes loads Google’s Customer Reviews module from apis.google.com and passes Google this order reference, the email address used for the order, the delivery country and an estimated delivery date, so that Google can email you one short survey after delivery. No artwork, product notes, prices, delivery address or banking details are included, and nothing is sent about unpaid orders. Google handles the survey and your answers under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. Ratings collected this way are reported to us in aggregate and may appear beside Voqado in Google listings. This is a review survey, not advertising, and it does not personalize ads. Reviews you write on this site are handled separately, as described above.

Order services and production partners

We use Stripe to process payments and receive payment status, transaction references and the contact and delivery information needed for an order. Production and delivery partners receive the artwork, specifications and delivery details needed to fulfill the order. Transactional email providers may process your email address and order status messages. We do not place complete payment card or banking details in ordinary order emails.

Hosting and business checks

Vercel hosts the site and processes technical request data. This build does not add advertising pixels. Fonts are served locally. Do not enter account numbers, routing numbers, signatures, or identity documents in product notes or artwork uploads. Business checks require the separate secure portal for check details before an order can proceed.
