Payment and order terms.

Voqado is operated by SUBEH Enterprises LLC, doing business as Voqado. These terms explain using our storefront, preparing artwork and placing an eligible order.
Your merchant
SUBEH Enterprises LLC is the seller responsible for your order, customer support and applicable refunds. Stripe processes payments; it is not the seller of your printed products.
For order help, accessibility assistance or a payment concern, email print@voqado.co. Include your order reference and a description of the issue. Never email passwords, full card numbers, routing numbers or bank account numbers.
Prices and secure payments
A saved cart, design or quote request does not place an order or reserve production capacity. Only an approved price for the exact product, options and quantity is eligible for checkout. A missing price is not a free offer. Review the item price, shipping and applicable tax before authorizing payment.
For eligible online orders, payment details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Available payment methods depend on the merchant’s enabled methods, your location, currency, device and order eligibility. A payment option is available only when shown at checkout; no particular wallet, installment plan or bank payment method is guaranteed.
Some methods take additional time to confirm. Returning to the website or receiving a processing message does not establish payment success. We record an order as paid only after checking the processor’s signed confirmation against the saved order. Do not submit a second payment while the first is processing; use the order status page or contact support.
Artwork and approval
Submit only artwork you have permission to reproduce. Review every printed side, spelling, layout, dimensions, resolution, fonts and QR code. You remain responsible for the content you submit. Contact support promptly if you notice an error after submitting an order.
An uploaded PDF is an attachment, not a certification of print readiness. Studio print exports use RGB and are not certified CMYK or PDF/X files. Screen previews are illustrative: they do not guarantee printed color, texture or material appearance. Payment queues an order for production review and does not independently establish a manufacturing start or delivery date.
Business checks use their dedicated private personalization process. Do not include bank details, signatures or identity documents in ordinary product notes, Studio designs or artwork uploads. Additional ownership verification may be required before check production.
Shipping, cancellations and refunds
Standard U.S. shipping starts at $5.99 and is free on orders of $60.00 or more before tax. The exact rate appears in your cart and at checkout before you pay. Applicable sales tax is calculated separately. We do not add a supplier shipping surcharge after you have paid.
Products may be made and shipped by our production partners, and items may arrive separately. SUBEH Enterprises LLC remains your seller and support contact. Production takes 2 to 4 business days after artwork approval, then standard delivery takes 5 to 8 business days. Product availability, production time and shipping options depend on your exact configuration and destination. A delivery date is guaranteed only if we expressly identify it as guaranteed for your order.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with the delay and your options to agree to a revised timeframe or cancel for a refund. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel and refund it. Your applicable rights concerning shipment delays remain in effect.
Cancellations and changes
Email print@voqado.co with your order reference as soon as possible. You may cancel for a full refund before production begins. Once production has begun, customized products cannot be cancelled or refunded for a change of mind or a mistake in artwork or options you approved. Changes are subject to production status; sending a request does not mean the change has been accepted.
Damage, defects and incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or materially different from the proof you approved, tell us within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo. We will reprint it or refund it, and you keep the original. The shipping and returns page explains how this works.
Spelling and content you supplied, low resolution images and design errors you approved are not manufacturing defects. Minor differences between a screen preview and printed color or material appearance are not, by themselves, a defect. These terms do not exclude remedies for products that fail to match the agreed specifications.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where supported. Your payment provider controls when the credit appears. Nothing in these terms limits refunds or other rights required by applicable law. Previously arranged orders retain their agreed terms; these terms do not change an existing subscription.
Accounts, files and privacy
Keep access to the email you sign in with secure and sign out on shared devices. Signing out does not remove designs saved only in this browser or your local cart. Keep your original artwork and downloaded backups; browser storage can be cleared or become unavailable.
Our privacy notice explains local and cloud artwork storage, account information, service providers, optional analytics and requests to access or delete information. Payment processing does not authorize marketing messages.
Using your artwork to fulfill your order
You retain your rights in your artwork. By submitting it, you authorize us and the service providers involved in your order to store, process and reproduce it as needed to prepare, manufacture and deliver the products you request. This does not give us permission to advertise your artwork publicly. We may decline content or orders we cannot lawfully or reliably fulfill; any payment for an order we cancel will be refunded.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of an order placed through this storefront, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. SUBEH Enterprises LLC, doing business as Voqado is organized under Wyoming law. You and we agree that the state and federal courts sitting in Wyoming have jurisdiction over such disputes, and each of us consents to venue there.
Two limits on the paragraph above, both deliberate. Nothing in it removes a consumer protection right you hold under the law of the state where you live, and nothing in these terms waives a right that cannot lawfully be waived. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder stays in force.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. We sell and ship within the United States only.
