Start with the way you work
Choose a workflow before choosing a design. Wallet checks suit a compact handwritten process; trial packs keep the starting quantity small. Three per page formats support handwritten records alongside each payment. Laser checks begin with an accounting and printer workflow. Our check finder turns those practical choices into a place to start.
Separate the family from the exact configuration
A family can list several quantities, layouts, and copy styles without offering every combination. Treat the quantity selector as a planning choice until availability is confirmed. A starting price reference applies only to the recorded base quantity; adding duplicates or a different layout does not inherit that price.
Confirm the parts that must line up
For software printing, record the software choice in your brief, then confirm the exact version, check position, stub arrangement, and printer alignment in the approved ordering process. For binder formats, check the page dimensions, hole arrangement, and whether accessories are included. Products that look similar are not necessarily interchangeable.
Keep a reusable brief without bank details
Save the format, quantity, layout, copy style, and software preference in your browser. Duplicate the brief for another department or order size. Download a JSON backup to reopen these preferences later. Routing numbers, account numbers, signatures, and payment details do not belong in this planning library.
Review the actual order before it is placed
A saved brief is preparation, not an order. Confirm the final configuration price, shipping, tax, optional services, production schedule, and personalization proof through the approved fulfillment process. Revisit the dated price reference when reopening a brief; an older observation is not a guarantee of today’s price.
