Seller did not commit to the timeline for sending product. Seller also did not respond to messages. I thought to give this seller a try after the last mishap, but seems they are consistent with their non delivery of great customer service. It's hard supporting small businesses when you get the service, well "non-service" from them.
Ordered some business cards for a networking event and received a call from a business owner that had received the cards in Tacoma, Washington...on the West coast. The package was addressesd with someone elses details with my cards inside. Luckily the person who received it phoned me since my details were on the business cards and let's me know. I contacted the company they did apologize and was going to send me some more cards but DID NOT!!!! Thry also said it was a USPS mistake. I missed the business opportunity to network properly due to this error. I finally received the original package and it was addressed to another company. The lady I spoke to scratched the name and had USPS forward them to me. This was a huge deal to me. This business did not check to see if I received them or anything. I wouldn't recommend.
