Never received item, still haven’t heard anything from seller 2 weeks later.
I did not receive the parcel
Horrible communication from this seller. Never received my order and NO response from multiple messages that I have sent.
2 weeks later - they tell me they can't print the artwork. Dragged me along since Feb 2nd! And now they tell me there is a problem with the camera ready artwork!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone!
3 weeks and no update yet from customer service!!! Still waiting on my package!!!
I never received it
I never received my order!
I placed my order in July 22, almost a month later and I have yet to receive it. I’ve emailed the seller via both esty and PayPal and have not received a respon. I did have a issue with the seller as they requested that I send more money AFTER I had already paid the agreed upon, listed, pricing. I informed them that this was against estys policy to which they initially responded back to very rudely. They then apologized for the inconvenience, assured me they would upgrade my purchase and sent my order to be printed. The tracking number they supplied is in valid and does not work. I’ve reached out to get an ETA but get no response. At this point I just want a refund so I can order from someone else. Please be very careful doing business with this seller, they are extremely unprofessional and more of a hassle than anything else.
Definitely not buying this again. I sent them my design, they sent me back the mock up exactly with what I sent them. But the card was printed out with bad quality, I barely can read the words. I wish that was an option for me to show you guys the mock up and the cards I got. If course this option is disable. I tried to reach them out for a solution and they blame me for the design, the solution they gave me was ridiculous too, 25% off my next purchase and just in case I do it within 48 hours. Not worth it. Don’t waste your money here.
“Ready to ship in 7 business days” obviously doesn’t equate to actually shipping within 7 business days. I ordered May 28. It is June 13th and the status is still “processing”.
I just received my cards they are absolutely HORRIBLE!!! the ink is discolored I literally have ink blots on my cards and the writing on my cards are slanted ! I am very disappointed!
Poor communication by the seller, great price but if it takes as long as it did not worth it. 6 days between messagings
