Good questions
Is the sample really free?
Yes. The sample and standard US delivery cost $0. There is no card form, subscription or required purchase.
Will my sample show my own logo?
Upload your original logo at checkout. We review it for the selected decoration area before production and contact you if a better file is needed.
Do I have to buy another product?
No. We are happy to send your free sample. If something else catches your eye, an order helps us keep this program going, and we would be grateful. There is no pressure and your sample does not depend on a purchase.
How many samples can I order?
One complimentary sample per household and email address. Availability is limited. Choose the product you most want to try.
When will my sample arrive?
We review your logo and availability first, then arrange production and delivery. We will confirm timing with you; a checkout receipt is not a dispatch confirmation.
