PRINT FOR CONFERENCE BADGES

Registration that moves.

Print name badges and lanyards, event tickets, delegate folders, and branded pens for conferences, summits, and training days.

How to plan it.

Badges decide how a conference feels in the first ten minutes. A badge with a large, readable name gets people talking; one with a tiny name under a large logo gets people squinting at each other’s chests.

Put the name in the largest type on the badge. Company second, role third if at all. Print on both sides, because lanyards spin and a blank reverse makes half your delegates anonymous for the day.

Folders and pens matter less than they used to but still solve a real problem: delegates accumulate paper and have nothing to put it in.

Before you order.

  • Make the first name the largest element on the badge
  • Print both sides so a turned badge still reads
  • Leave blank badges and a marker at the desk for walk ins and corrections
  • Order lanyards with a breakaway clasp if the venue requires it
