Prices the owner will actually see
A quote is the checkout price
A quote reads the same price book and the same shipping calculation as the cart, and checkout checks every line again before payment.
Tax is named, never hidden
Sales tax is added at payment from the delivery address, and every quote says so.
Nothing out of stock is sold
A product that is out of stock, or a quantity above the stock available, is refused with a reason instead of being sold.
The owner stays in control
No charge without the owner
Creating a pay link stores nothing and charges nothing. An order exists only once the owner pays from the cart.
Signed links that expire
A pay link is signed and works for 7 days. Prices are checked again when it is opened.
No card or bank details through agents
Bank details for checks are added by the owner in a secure step from the cart, never through an agent. Do not send bank details to an agent or to this API.

If you are not happy with your print, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we reprint it or refund you in full. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free: when we need an item back, we email you a prepaid return label, and often we do not need it back at all.

Every line that cannot be ordered comes back with a status and a reason in plain words, and a request with an unknown field is refused rather than guessed at.

Quotes allow 30 requests a minute and pay links 10 a minute from one address. A limit answers 429 instead of failing silently.
What Voqado will never do
- Ask an agent for card numbers or bank details.
- Charge anything before the owner pays in the cart.
- Quote a price that checkout does not charge.
- Sell a product or quantity that is out of stock.

Can a quoted price change before payment?
A quote reads the same price book as checkout. If a price changes between the quote and payment, the owner sees the current price in the cart before paying.

What happens if the owner is not happy with a print?
If you are not happy with your print, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we reprint it or refund you in full. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
