How it works

The agent reads the catalog, in HTML or JSON, and picks a product, options and a quantity that is sold.

Quote
It asks for a quote and gets the exact price checkout charges, Standard shipping and anything that needs fixing.
- STEP 3
Hand over
It creates a pay link and gives it to its owner. Nothing is charged and nothing is stored. The link works for 7 days.
- STEP 4
Pay
The owner opens the link, reviews the items in the cart and pays. Artwork can be sent after payment.
Bank details for checks are added by the owner in a secure step from the cart, never through an agent. Do not send bank details to an agent or to this API.

What can a shopping assistant do on Voqado?
An agent can find a product in the catalog, quote it at the exact price checkout charges, and create a pay link for its owner. The owner opens the link, reviews the items in the cart and pays. The agent never pays and never handles card or bank details.
Does a pay link charge anything or place an order?
No. Creating a pay link stores nothing and charges nothing. The order exists only once the owner pays from the cart. A pay link works for 7 days, and prices are checked again when it is opened.
Are quoted prices the prices charged at checkout?
Yes. A quote reads the same price book and the same shipping calculation as the cart, and checkout checks every line again before payment. Sales tax is added at payment from the delivery address.
Can the owner send artwork after paying?
Yes. Pay first and send artwork afterwards. The order page lists any item still waiting for a file, and production starts once the artwork arrives.
Can an agent order business checks?
An agent can quote checks and include them in a pay link. The owner then adds the name and address printed on the checks and the bank details in a secure step from the cart. Bank details are never sent to an agent or through the API.
How much is shipping and how long does an order take?
Standard shipping within the United States starts at $5.99 and is free on orders of $60.00 or more before tax. Standard delivery as soon as 6 business days from your order, production included. Your cart shows the estimated day for your quantity, and any faster delivery the item offers with its exact charge. The clock starts when the artwork arrives.
What if the owner is not happy with a print?
100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not happy with your print, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we reprint it or refund you in full. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free: when we need an item back, we email you a prepaid return label, and often we do not need it back at all. Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
Which assistants can use this?
Any assistant or agent that can open a link can read the catalog and send its owner a product link. One that can send HTTP requests can also quote and create pay links. Voqado is not affiliated with or endorsed by any assistant named on these pages.
