A lower unit price can cost more overall
Fictional example: 500 cards with 45 in print charges, 10 shipping and 5 setup total 60, or 0.12 per card. A quote for 1,000 cards with 75 print charges and the same fees totals 90, or 0.09 per card. The second option costs 30 more overall despite its lower unit price. Confirm any additional tax or charges before comparing.

Entered total = print price + shipping + setup + tax amount + other charges. Cost per piece = entered total ÷ quantity. Differences are Quote B minus Quote A. All amounts must use the same currency; no exchange rates or tax estimates are calculated.
Use the actual specification from your selected printer. Defaults are examples, not universal production requirements. These tools do not inspect a PDF, certify a print file, provide a supplier quote or predict sales.
