- Start at the final size. Use the selected product template. Extend background artwork through the bleed; keep names, logos and contact details inside the safe area.
- Use your originals. Use the highest-resolution original images. Enlarging a screenshot does not restore detail. Review both sides, spelling, crop and any QR code at actual size.
- Review before ordering. Attach the final file to the selected product. For supported Studio formats, export the print PDF and review its report. The Studio uses RGB; specialty finishes, folds and dielines require product-specific instructions.

Which size do I need?
Cocktail for drinks and appetizers, luncheon for daytime sit down meals like showers, dinner (rectangle or square) for formal affairs like weddings and galas.
How many should I order?
Casual events: 2 to 3 per person (add 1 to 2 more with a meal or buffet). Formal events: 3 to 4 per person (add more for a dessert table). When in doubt, round up: napkins are cheap insurance.
Can I print photos on napkins?
Yes. Full color digital printing handles pictures, text, and graphics.
Will my logo look sharp?
Upload it at 300 dpi or higher for the crispest result.
Do you offer them for businesses?
