The sturdy tuck top mailer. Corrugated and crush resistant, with your branding printed right on the outside.
What makes this a good choice?
Part mailer, part mini shipping box: the tuck top does both. Made from tough B flute corrugated cardboard that shrugs off crushes and punctures, with full exterior printing so your brand arrives before the box is even opened. The top tucks closed (no tape, no glue) and it arrives flat and pre glued. Order a single sample to check the fit.

- Start at the final size. Use the selected product template. Extend background artwork through the bleed; keep names, logos and contact details inside the safe area.
- Use your originals. Use the highest-resolution original images. Enlarging a screenshot does not restore detail. Review both sides, spelling, crop and any QR code at actual size.
- Review before ordering. Attach the final file to the selected product. For supported Studio formats, export the print PDF and review its report. The Studio uses RGB; specialty finishes, folds and dielines require product-specific instructions.
