- Start at the final size. Use the selected product template. Extend background artwork through the bleed; keep names, logos and contact details inside the safe area.
- Use your originals. Use the highest-resolution original images. Enlarging a screenshot does not restore detail. Review both sides, spelling, crop and any QR code at actual size.
- Review before ordering. Attach the final file to the selected product. For supported Studio formats, export the print PDF and review its report. The Studio uses RGB; specialty finishes, folds and dielines require product-specific instructions.

How many colors can my embroidered logo have?
Up to 12 thread colors. Bold, simple artwork with clean lines stitches best: very fine detail can get lost in thread, so simplify small elements.
Is there a matching women's polo?
Yes. A matching women's style is available so the whole team coordinates.
How do I wash an embroidered polo?
Turn it inside out and machine wash on cold. Skip bleach, tumble drying, and dry cleaning, and don't iron directly over the embroidery.
How does sizing run?
Sizes run S to 2XL. Check the size chart against a polo that already fits you: a few wearers find this cut runs generous.
Can I add text as well as my logo?
Yes. Add your logo, artwork, and text in Studio, or start from a customizable template and make it yours.
Can I use my own artwork?
Yes. Upload your final artwork now or add it after purchase. We will match it to the exact production template before printing.
