- Start at the final size. Use the selected product template. Extend background artwork through the bleed; keep names, logos and contact details inside the safe area.
- Use your originals. Use the highest-resolution original images. Enlarging a screenshot does not restore detail. Review both sides, spelling, crop and any QR code at actual size.
- Review before ordering. Attach the final file to the selected product. For supported Studio formats, export the print PDF and review its report. The Studio uses RGB; specialty finishes, folds and dielines require product-specific instructions.

What should I put on a save the date?
The essentials only: both names, the date, the town or city, and a line like 'formal invitation to follow.' Your wedding website URL is a smart addition: that's where travel details live.
When should I send them?
About 6 to 8 months before the wedding. Earlier if it's a destination wedding or most guests are traveling.
Can I use my own engagement photo?
Yes. Upload one photo or a collage. Full photo templates put your picture across the whole card.
Do save the dates need to match the invitations?
Not strictly, but matching them gives your suite a cohesive story from day one.
Can I include my wedding website?
Definitely. Add the URL or a QR code so guests can find travel and accommodation details.
Can I use my own artwork?
Yes. Upload print ready PNG, JPEG or WebP artwork, or build an editable layout in Studio. Review size, bleed, safe area and both sides before ordering.
What does the price include?
The displayed item subtotal covers the selected quantity and options. Tax and delivery are calculated during secure checkout before you pay.
Can I finish the artwork later?
