- Start at the final size. Use the selected product template. Extend background artwork through the bleed; keep names, logos and contact details inside the safe area.
- Use your originals. Use the highest-resolution original images. Enlarging a screenshot does not restore detail. Review both sides, spelling, crop and any QR code at actual size.
- Review before ordering. Attach the final file to the selected product. For supported Studio formats, export the print PDF and review its report. The Studio uses RGB; specialty finishes, folds and dielines require product-specific instructions.

What goes on an itinerary card?
Every event in your celebration weekend: event name, day, time, location, and helpful notes like dress code or whether guests need transport.
Is an itinerary card the same as a program?
No. Programs cover the ceremony itself; itinerary cards cover the whole weekend. If you're hosting multiple events, you may want both.
When do guests get them?
Common options: with the invitation, in hotel welcome bags, or at the welcome table when guests arrive.
How detailed should it be?
Enough to answer 'where do I go and when' at a glance. Short event names, clearly aligned times, one line of notes max.
Can they match the rest of my stationery?
Yes. Choose a template that coordinates with your invitations and day of pieces for a cohesive look.
Can I use my own artwork?
Yes. Upload print ready PNG, JPEG or WebP artwork, or build an editable layout in Studio. Review size, bleed, safe area and both sides before ordering.
