- Start at the final size. Use the selected product template. Extend background artwork through the bleed; keep names, logos and contact details inside the safe area.
- Use your originals. Use the highest-resolution original images. Enlarging a screenshot does not restore detail. Review both sides, spelling, crop and any QR code at actual size.
- Review before ordering. Attach the final file to the selected product. For supported Studio formats, export the print PDF and review its report. The Studio uses RGB; specialty finishes, folds and dielines require product-specific instructions.

Do I write the names myself?
Yes. Guest names and table numbers are written in by hand: not printed. That makes last minute seating swaps painless.
What pen should I use?
A good quality pen works on most stocks; if you choose a premium glossy finish, use a permanent marker so it sets cleanly.
Flat or folded?
Folded tent cards stand on their own and read well across the table. Flat cards work in holders or laid on plates. Pick what suits your tablescape.
Can they match my invitations?
Yes. Templates are designed to coordinate with invitation suites for a pulled together look.
How many extras should I order?
A few more than your guest count. Seating plans shift, and extras are your insurance policy.
When should I order?
At least 8 to 10 weeks before the wedding, so there's no rush while you finalize the seating chart.
Can I use my own artwork?
Yes. Upload your final artwork now or add it after purchase. We will match it to the exact production template before printing.
What does the price include?
The displayed item subtotal covers the selected quantity and options. Tax and delivery are calculated during secure checkout before you pay.
Can I finish the artwork later?
