- Start at the final size. Use the selected product template. Extend background artwork through the bleed; keep names, logos and contact details inside the safe area.
- Use your originals. Use the highest-resolution original images. Enlarging a screenshot does not restore detail. Review both sides, spelling, crop and any QR code at actual size.
- Review before ordering. Attach the final file to the selected product. For supported Studio formats, export the print PDF and review its report. The Studio uses RGB; specialty finishes, folds and dielines require product-specific instructions.

What are the dimensions?
24" x 72", 5 mm thick: a standard full size mat with solid cushioning.
What's it made of?
A smooth white polyester top (your design prints here) over a nonslip black rubber base.
Will my design wear off?
Dye sublimation bonds your design into the top surface in full color, so it will not peel or rub off with regular use.
How do I clean it?
Blot (don't rub) with diluted dish soap and warm water, rinse by blotting with water, and let it dry away from direct sunlight.
Can I use them for my yoga studio?

Can I use my own artwork?
