- Start at the final size. Use the selected product template. Extend background artwork through the bleed; keep names, logos and contact details inside the safe area.
- Use your originals. Use the highest-resolution original images. Enlarging a screenshot does not restore detail. Review both sides, spelling, crop and any QR code at actual size.
- Review before ordering. Attach the final file to the selected product. For supported Studio formats, export the print PDF and review its report. The Studio uses RGB; specialty finishes, folds and dielines require product-specific instructions.

What types of custom mugs are available?
Beyond the classic 11 oz mug, there's a 17 oz tall latte mug (taller shape, great for fancy coffee drinks), a 16 oz speckled bistro mug with a speckled finish, and large soup mugs that double as bowls.
What color options are available?
The classic mug has a white exterior with eight handle and interior colors: white, yellow, blue, black, green, red, pink, and orange.
What printing options do I have?
Choose 2 sided printing (two separate images, messages, or a mix) or wraparound printing, where one design goes all the way around the mug.
Can I add a photo collage to my mug?
Yes. You can upload up to 3 photos on each side in a collage layout.
What are the image requirements?
Use a high resolution image, at least 300 dpi, for the clearest printing results.
What shipping options are available?
Standard U.S. shipping. Your cart shows the exact rate before you pay. Production takes 2 to 4 business days after you approve your artwork, then standard U.S. delivery takes 5 to 8 business days. There is no rush option at checkout yet.
Can I use my own artwork?
Yes. Upload your final artwork now or add it after purchase. We will match it to the exact production template before printing.
What does the price include?
The displayed item subtotal covers the selected quantity and options. Tax and delivery are calculated during secure checkout before you pay.
Can I finish the artwork later?
Yes. Add the product to your cart now and attach final artwork later from your saved order.
