- Start at the final size. Use the selected product template. Extend background artwork through the bleed; keep names, logos and contact details inside the safe area.
- Use your originals. Use the highest-resolution original images. Enlarging a screenshot does not restore detail. Review both sides, spelling, crop and any QR code at actual size.
- Review before ordering. Attach the final file to the selected product. For supported Studio formats, export the print PDF and review its report. The Studio uses RGB; specialty finishes, folds and dielines require product-specific instructions.

How does the 360 degree lid work?
Press firmly on the edge of the lid from any angle and your drink comes out on the opposite side. Press the disc on the opposite edge to close it when you're done.
What's the difference between laser engraving and digital inkjet?
Laser engraving etches your design permanently into the steel for a smooth, elegant finish. Digital inkjet prints in unlimited colors: vibrant and fade resistant. Simple logos shine engraved; full color artwork shines in inkjet.
Can I use it for hot drinks?
Yes. Double wall vacuum insulation keeps drinks refreshingly cold or deliciously hot for longer. Handle hot liquids with care, and remember to close the lid when not in use.
Will it fit in my car's cup holder?
Yes. It's designed to fit most standard car cup holders.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash is recommended.
Can I use my own artwork?
