What makes this a good choice?
Plastic mailers had their moment: these are the upgrade. Made from 100 gsm post consumer recycled kraft, they have a bottom gusset that expands for bulkier items and lets the bag stand up on a counter or market table. The peel and seal flap makes packing fast, and single color printing on that natural brown surface looks effortlessly cool. Not for fragile goods, and not waterproof, but for apparel, accessories, and soft goods, they're a star.

- Start at the final size. Use the selected product template. Extend background artwork through the bleed; keep names, logos and contact details inside the safe area.
- Use your originals. Use the highest-resolution original images. Enlarging a screenshot does not restore detail. Review both sides, spelling, crop and any QR code at actual size.
- Review before ordering. Attach the final file to the selected product. For supported Studio formats, export the print PDF and review its report. The Studio uses RGB; specialty finishes, folds and dielines require product-specific instructions.

What fits in each size?
Small: tees, leggings, baby clothes, phone cases, cosmetics, jewelry, stationery. Large: hoodies, denim jackets, towels, shoes (no box), backpacks, multi item orders.
Will my design show up well on brown paper?
Yes, if you pick high contrast colors. Dark inks on kraft look fantastic; avoid pale colors that fade into the brown.
Are they waterproof?
Not fully: they'll handle light rain, but don't trust them in a downpour.
Can I use them for fragile items?
No: they're unpadded. Stick to soft, durable goods.
Is the paper actually recycled?
Yes. The kraft is 100 gsm post consumer recycled, and the mailers are widely recyclable.
Can I use my own artwork?
Yes. Upload your final artwork now or add it after purchase. We will match it to the exact production template before printing.
What does the price include?
