What makes this a good choice?
A mailer box does two jobs: it protects what's inside and it tells your story before the lid comes off. These are built from tough 1/16" corrugated E flute board with a 32 ECT crush rating, so they shrug off the trip. Print inside, outside, or both: go full coverage with your wildest pattern, or keep it clean with just your logo. Either way, the front tuck closure turns opening into a little ceremony.

- Start at the final size. Use the selected product template. Extend background artwork through the bleed; keep names, logos and contact details inside the safe area.
- Use your originals. Use the highest-resolution original images. Enlarging a screenshot does not restore detail. Review both sides, spelling, crop and any QR code at actual size.
- Review before ordering. Attach the final file to the selected product. For supported Studio formats, export the print PDF and review its report. The Studio uses RGB; specialty finishes, folds and dielines require product-specific instructions.

What size mailer box do I need?
Pick based on what's going inside and how far it travels. Smaller boxes suit jewelry, cosmetics, and gift sets; larger ones handle apparel, multi item orders, and subscriptions.
Can I print on the inside too?
Yes. Print inside only, outside only, or both. Inside printing is the secret weapon of a great unboxing.
How should I set up my artwork?
Design at 300 DPI or higher with a 0.125" bleed. Richer, deeper tones print most vibrant: colors can shift slightly in print.
Are mailer boxes recyclable?
Yes. They're widely recyclable. Check your local program to be sure.
Can I order a sample?
Yes. Order a pre printed sample cheaply with free shipping, or a custom box with your design to check everything before you commit.
Can I use my own artwork?
Yes. Upload your final artwork now or add it after purchase. We will match it to the exact production template before printing.
What does the price include?
