- Start at the final size. Use the selected product template. Extend background artwork through the bleed; keep names, logos and contact details inside the safe area.
- Use your originals. Use the highest-resolution original images. Enlarging a screenshot does not restore detail. Review both sides, spelling, crop and any QR code at actual size.
- Review before ordering. Attach the final file to the selected product. For supported Studio formats, export the print PDF and review its report. The Studio uses RGB; specialty finishes, folds and dielines require product-specific instructions.

What size poly mailer do I need?
Pick the smallest size that fits your product comfortably: snug means less shifting and lower postage. Five sizes from 10" x 7" up to 23" x 19".
Can I print on both sides?
Yes. Full color, edge to edge printing covers both sides and the flap.
Are they weatherproof?
They're weather and tear resistant, so rain and rough handling are no problem.
Can I ship fragile items in them?
They're unpadded, so stick to soft, non fragile goods like apparel, textiles, and accessories.
Are poly mailers recyclable?
They're widely recyclable, subject to local recycling programs: check yours.
Can I use my own artwork?
Yes. Upload your final artwork now or add it after purchase. We will match it to the exact production template before printing.
What does the price include?
