Count the pieces that do the work
Custom Sheet Stickers
Sheet stickers are useful to plan around a repeated task: sealing an envelope, branding a bag or adding one mark to each outgoing package. The key planning distinction is between stickers and sheets. Write down how many individual applications you need before deciding how many sheets belong at each packing station.
Define what one unit means
A quantity of 200 is ambiguous if one person means stickers and another means sheets. Label every number in your brief. Record the total individual stickers, the confirmed stickers per sheet and the resulting sheet count. Until the layout is confirmed, treat the last two numbers as unknown. A change of shape or size may change how many pieces fit.
Use a worked example, not a hidden assumption
Suppose you need 240 stickers and a proposed layout contains 12 per sheet: the arithmetic gives 20 sheets. This is an example, not an available layout or order increment. If you choose to reserve 24 pieces for setup and replacements, your planning total becomes 264 stickers, or 22 example sheets. Keep that reserve visible rather than silently increasing every design quantity.
Design around the application routine
Measure the actual area where each sticker will go. Try a paper mockup on a filled bag or assembled box, because folds and seams can interrupt the design. Ask whether the packing team needs identical artwork throughout or separately identified versions. Do not arrange a print-ready sheet yourself unless the production instructions call for one; the printer may need an individual sticker file.
Make receiving and reordering simple
Put the artwork name, revision and expected individual-piece count in the handoff. When the order arrives, check the supplied packing information against that record before dividing sheets between stations. Store remaining versions separately so an old message is not applied by mistake. Confirm stock, finish, final size and quantity units with the quote; the planning tools do not establish those production choices.

- Start at the final size. Use the selected product template. Extend background artwork through the bleed; keep names, logos and contact details inside the safe area.
- Use your originals. Use the highest-resolution original images. Enlarging a screenshot does not restore detail. Review both sides, spelling, crop and any QR code at actual size.
- Review before ordering. Attach the final file to the selected product. For supported Studio formats, export the print PDF and review its report. The Studio uses RGB; specialty finishes, folds and dielines require product-specific instructions.

What size are the sheets, and how many stickers do I get?
Sheets are 8.5" x 11", and you can create and order different sizes and shapes, but each sheet carries the same design and shape. Quantities run from 2 to 9,600+ stickers.
What materials can sticker sheets be printed on?
White paper, clear plastic, and gold or silver foil paper. And with all over printing, your design itself can use any colors you like.
Can I write on sticker sheets?
Yes. Pick the matte paper option, the easiest to write on. If you love a gloss finish, write on it with a permanent marker.
Are sheet stickers durable enough for products?
Paper stickers are a great, durable pick for indoor use, as long as they won't meet liquid. For products exposed to oil, lubricants or cold (think refrigerated goods), go with the clear plastic option, which is both oil and water resistant.
Can I order samples?
No sample program, but you can order as few as 2 stickers to see and feel them before a bigger run.
Can I use my own artwork?
