A shape system with a clear revision
Custom Die-Cut Sticker Sheets
A custom outline introduces a second design decision alongside the printed image. On a sheet, the relationship between shapes, spacing and repeated artwork also needs a clear record. Start with a named artwork master and an outline reference, then establish whether the proposed sheet repeats one design or supports your requested collection.
Separate the artwork from the arrangement
Keep the individual design master distinct from a sheet-layout concept. Label the concept as a planning reference so it cannot be mistaken for an approved production file. A page showing several illustrations does not establish that each illustration will receive its own cut. Request explicit confirmation of supported shapes, design count and file preparation before investing in a complex arrangement.
Give every revision an identity
Use a short release name and revision number for the set, then identify each artwork within it. For example, a proposed “Market collection, revision 3” might reference artwork A, B and C. Record which file supplies each image and which outline belongs to it. Keep the previous release separately; replacing one illustration should not accidentally reintroduce an older logo elsewhere.
Inspect the pieces at their intended size
Print a paper layout at the proposed scale and examine each shape individually. Check whether small lettering remains useful and whether fine extensions carry essential content. Flag narrow sections and close neighboring shapes for review instead of applying a universal spacing rule. Ask whether the production team will generate the final outline or requires a specific cut-path file from you.
Approve the set as well as the artwork
A useful proof record identifies the release, each design, the proposed finished dimensions and the quantity of each piece. If a mixed-design sheet is unavailable, compare separate runs using the same artwork masters. Confirm the final arrangement, count per sheet, stock and finish with the quote. Save the approved proof and manifest together so the next request has a precise starting point.

Can different designs share one sheet?
Treat that as a specific production request. The product name alone does not confirm mixed artwork, independently cut pieces or an arbitrary arrangement.
Does changing one sticker require another review?
Submit the changed artwork and an updated set reference for review. A size or outline change may affect the arrangement, so preserve a record of the entire approved set.

- Use your originals. Use the highest-resolution original images. Enlarging a screenshot does not restore detail. Review both sides, spelling, crop and any QR code at actual size.
- Review before ordering. Attach the final file to the selected product. For supported Studio formats, export the print PDF and review its report. The Studio uses RGB; specialty finishes, folds and dielines require product-specific instructions.

They're printed on 8.5" x 11" flat sheets. Sticker sizes: 2" x 2", 2.5" x 2.5", 3" x 3", 3.5" x 3.5", 4" x 4", 2" x 3.5" and 3" x 4". The size you pick determines how many stickers fit on a sheet.
How durable are die cut sticker sheets?
Paper stickers handle indoor use well. If your stickers will meet oil, lubricants or cold temperatures, choose a water resistant plastic or holographic laminate finish instead.
Can I try a few before ordering in bulk?
