LASER BUSINESS CHECKS

Business checks for Xero, Sage, NetSuite and Quicken

Xero, Sage, NetSuite, Quicken and Microsoft Dynamics can all print checks onto loose sheet stock from your own laser or inkjet printer, and Voqado laser business checks are listed as compatible with each. What you order is the same check for all of them: the same three layouts, the same quantities and the same security printing. So this page states those facts once, then gives each package a short section on who it suits and which layout to start from. When you order, you pick your package under Accounting software.

From $34.99 for 50 laser checks, about $0.70 per check. Shipping is not included.

XERO

Checks for Xero

Pay bills from Xero and print the checks on your own office printer instead of writing them by hand.

  • Businesses that manage bills and payments in Xero
  • Offices that still pay some vendors by check

Which layout: Start with accounts payable if Xero only ever pays bills by check. Choose multipurpose if the same checks also cover refunds or one off payments. When you order, choose Xero under Accounting software.

SAGE

Checks for Sage

If your accounts payable run through Sage, print the weekly check run on loose sheet laser stock rather than by hand.

  • Accounts payable teams printing weekly check runs
  • Offices that print payroll and vendor checks from one template family

Which layout: Start with accounts payable for the vendor run. If Sage also prints your pay checks, order payroll separately so each run has the layout it expects. When you order, choose Sage under Accounting software.

NETSUITE

Checks for NetSuite

NetSuite users can print vendor and payroll checks on loose sheet laser stock, in quantities from 50 to 2,448.

  • Finance teams that pay vendors from NetSuite
  • Businesses with a steady volume of printed checks that want larger runs

Which layout: Start with accounts payable for vendor payments. Larger runs of one layout keep the starting numbers in one sequence, which makes positive pay files simpler to reconcile. When you order, choose NetSuite under Accounting software.

QUICKEN

Checks for Quicken

Quicken prints the checks you record, so the payment and the register entry match.

  • Sole owners and small offices that track payments in Quicken
  • Anyone who prints a few checks at a time on a home office printer

Which layout: Start with multipurpose. A small office printing a few checks at a time rarely needs a layout per job, and a short run of 50 keeps the box from sitting for years. When you order, choose Quicken under Accounting software.

MICROSOFT DYNAMICS

Checks for Microsoft Dynamics

Microsoft Dynamics is on the same compatibility list as the packages above, and the same laser check and layouts apply.

  • Finance teams that pay vendors from Microsoft Dynamics

Which layout: Start with accounts payable for vendor payments, and payroll if pay checks print from the same system. When you order, choose Microsoft Dynamics under Accounting software.

ALIGNMENT

Line up your first print run

  1. Choose the laser check template layout that matches the check type your software prints.
  2. Before the first real run, print a test page on plain letter paper.
  3. Hold the test page over a blank check against a light and see whether the payee, amount and date fields line up.
  4. If they drift, adjust the alignment or offset in your software print settings, then test again.
  5. Enter the starting check number printed on the first sheet in your printer so your records stay in order.

QUESTIONS

Common questions

Do Voqado laser checks work with Xero, Sage, NetSuite and Quicken?

Yes. Voqado laser business checks are listed as compatible with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Quicken, Xero, NetSuite, Sage and Microsoft Dynamics. Choose your package under Accounting software when you order, pick the layout your software prints, then confirm the check position and printer alignment with a plain paper sample before you print on checks.

Which layout should I choose?

There are three: multipurpose, payroll and accounts payable. Accounts payable suits an office that mostly pays bills, payroll suits pay checks, and multipurpose covers both when one box of checks has to do every job. Match it to the check type your software prints.

What quantities can I order?

Laser business checks come in quantities from 50 to 2,448 checks, so you can match the run size to how many payments your office sends.

Will my bank accept these checks?

Voqado laser checks are Check 21 compliant and printed with tamper resistant security printing. As with any check, your routing and account numbers must be accurate, so double check them in the protected check setup form before you submit them.

Can I upload my own check design or logo?

No. Every package on this page uses laser business checks, and you cannot send us your own logo file for a check. You personalize an approved template: the accounting layout, business text, fonts, published colors, and a mark chosen from the printer's supplied icons. A stock logo cannot be chosen on this format, only an icon.
