Printing in Orlando: trade show print and yard signs, from an Orlando family business
Home sweet home, from Thornton Park to Lake Nona.
Banners, cards, menus and signs from an Orlando family business, checked by Voqado, printed by vetted U.S. production partners and shipped to your door.
Orlando is home. Voqado started here in 2020 as a family business. We are an online printing company, though, not a storefront: there is no pickup counter, and Orlando orders ship to your door like everyone else's. Here is what we can share as neighbors: the sign rules, the dates and the products that fit. Yard signs are the other Orlando staple, and the city guide is clear that they belong behind the sidewalk, out of the right of way.
Voqado is an online printing company based in Orlando. Voqado designs, checks and ships every order, and the printing is done by vetted U.S. production partners. Orlando orders are shipped to the address you give us, like every other order. There is no storefront or pickup.

Convention season at the OCCC
IAAPA Expo 2026 fills the Orange County Convention Center's North/South and West buildings, with education sessions November 16 to 19 and the show floor open November 17 to 20. If you are exhibiting at a show like it, a retractable banner, a fitted tablecloth and a box of business cards cover the essentials. Ship to your office or hotel, not the hall, unless your show's exhibitor kit says otherwise.
The city's citizen guide to codes says signs placed in the right of way of any public street or road, or on publicly owned property, are prohibited, and that a sign or sign structure needs a permit before it goes up. Temporary signs belong behind the sidewalk and outside the right of way, and the guide says minor signs must come down within 180 days of placement. Outside city limits, Orange County has its own rules.
The National Hurricane Center puts the Atlantic season at June 1 to November 30, with a peak around September 10. Order outdoor banners and flags in spring, keep a takedown plan, and store a spare reopening banner indoors. Feather flags are rated for wind up to 37 mph, so bring them in whenever a storm is forecast.
Visit Orlando's Magical Dining returns in August 2027 for six weeks. If your restaurant takes part, a separate printed event menu keeps your regular menu intact, and window decals tell people walking by. Order as soon as your participation is confirmed.
For anything outside, choose plastic or vinyl over paper. Our yard signs are 4 mm weather resistant corrugated plastic, outdoor vinyl banners last up to 2 years outside with proper care, and restaurant menus come in water and tear resistant options for patio tables.

Questions
Printing for Orlando, answered
Voqado is based in Orlando. Can I pick up my order?
No. We are an Orlando family business, but we do not run a storefront or pickup counter. Voqado designs, checks and ships every order, the printing is done by vetted U.S. production partners, and Orlando orders ship to your address like everywhere else.
How long does delivery in Orlando take?
Standard delivery arrives as soon as 6 business days from your order, production included, counted from when we receive your artwork. The cart shows an arrival date for each item before you pay, worked out from the product and quantity, not from the ZIP.
Can I get booth banners in time for a show at the convention center?
Plan on up to 18 business days from artwork to delivery on standard shipping, so order about four weeks before you fly or drive in. The cart shows an arrival date for each item, and faster delivery appears there when an order qualifies.
Can I put yard signs along the road in Orlando?
Not in the right of way. The city's code guide says signs in the right of way of a public street or on publicly owned property are prohibited, and temporary signs belong behind the sidewalk. Check the guide for permits and time limits.
Can I talk to someone about my order?
Yes. Email print@voqado.co or call +1 305 497 9485, and we will help with your order.
