Printing in Phoenix: yard signs, banners and door hangers, planned around the heat

Print for every street from Arcadia to Ahwatukee.

Yard signs, banners, door hangers and cards, checked by Voqado, printed by vetted U.S. production partners and shipped to your door anywhere in the Valley.

Phoenix print has to work outside, and a lot of the year outside means heat. Voqado is an online printing company, a family business since 2020, shipping to every Phoenix ZIP. We do not have a Phoenix storefront or pickup, so this page covers the practical side: the city handbill rule, the official heat season, the spring calendar, and which materials belong outdoors.

Voqado is an online printing company. Voqado designs, checks and ships every order, and the printing is done by vetted U.S. production partners. Orders for Phoenix are shipped to the address you give us.

The Phoenix handbill rule, including the receptacle

Phoenix code bars leaving a commercial or noncommercial handbill on private property if someone there asks you not to, or if a sign near the entrance says No Trespassing, No Advertisement, No Handbills or something similar, unless you already have permission. Handbills must be left so the weather cannot carry them onto the street or the neighbor's yard. One detail is unusual: if a property has a clearly marked receptacle labeled handbills, that is the only place yours can go. The code presumes the business advertised on a commercial handbill put it there, and anyone charged that way faces a civil sanction of $250 to $2,500, with each handbill counted as a separate violation.

Heat season runs May 1 to September 30

Maricopa County runs its heat relief network from May 1 through September 30, when cooling centers and hydration stations open across the county. Treat those months as the season for early morning routes, fewer pieces per walker and plenty of water. Order door hangers and yard signs for fall and spring pushes before the heat sets in.

Spring training fills the Valley

Cactus League opening day is February 19, 2027, with fifteen Major League teams playing across ten ballparks in the Valley through March. Restaurants, bars and shops near the parks may want menus, window decals and banners in place before opening day, which means ordering in January.

Fifteen urban villages make a ready made route map

The City of Phoenix is divided into 15 urban villages, from Ahwatukee Foothills to Paradise Valley and Laveen, each with its own planning committee. They make a handy way to split a big route into pieces a team can finish in a morning.

Materials that belong outdoors

Anything that lives outside should be plastic or vinyl, not paper. Our yard signs are 4 mm corrugated plastic, our door hangers come in a plastic option, and outdoor vinyl banners last up to 2 years outside with proper care. Car magnets should come off and go back on every 2 to 3 days, a habit worth keeping in any season.

Can I leave door hangers at homes in Phoenix?

Yes, unless someone there asks you not to or the entrance is posted with No Trespassing, No Advertisement, No Handbills or a similar sign. If the property has a receptacle labeled handbills, use it.
