A packaging label should earn its place. It might identify a product, carry a thank-you message, or connect a plain box to your brand. Decide which job matters most before choosing the outline. A focused label leaves room for the package itself to look intentional.
Start with the package in your hands
Measure the usable panel on the assembled package, including folds, joins and handles. Cut a paper mockup and hold it in position. The sticker size visualizer helps compare proportions, but its screen display is not a ruler or a list of orderable sizes. Keep critical wording away from bends.
Describe the actual contact surface
Tell the printer whether the label touches coated board, textured paper, glass or another surface. Include storage conditions and any expected moisture. Adhesive suitability needs confirmation for that combination. Ask whether a material sample can be tested on your packaging; the sample scorecard records observations without certifying performance.
Make one message easy to find
Choose a clear hierarchy: brand first, useful identifier second, supporting detail last. Check the smallest wording on a paper print at intended size. If a closure crosses a seam, show that position in the artwork handoff. Do not describe an ordinary decorative label as a verified security seal.
Approve a specific configuration
Record the requested dimensions, cut shape, application method and artwork revision together. Ask for the relevant bleed, safe area and proof requirements. This product needs dedicated artwork review; catalog illustrations do not confirm the final material or format. Keep the approved proof with your packaging notes for the next run.

Can the same label work on every package?
Do not assume so. A change in surface, curvature or handling may need another material review and physical test, even when the printed design stays the same.
Does the scorecard order a sample?
No. It helps you document samples you obtain separately. Confirm sample availability and what the sample represents before relying on it.

- Start at the final size. Use the selected product template. Extend background artwork through the bleed; keep names, logos and contact details inside the safe area.
- Use your originals. Use the highest-resolution original images. Enlarging a screenshot does not restore detail. Review both sides, spelling, crop and any QR code at actual size.
- Review before ordering. Attach the final file to the selected product. For supported Studio formats, export the print PDF and review its report. The Studio uses RGB; specialty finishes, folds and dielines require product-specific instructions.

What material works best for shipping boxes vs. food packaging?
Paper for dry, indoor packaging. Clear plastic when the package might meet moisture, oil or cold: it's oil and water resistant. Gold or silver foil paper when you want a premium, gift like finish.
What sizes and shapes are available?
Sheets of 8.5" x 11" with 18 size options and four standard shapes (circle, oval, rounded rectangle, rounded square) plus custom shapes.
Will the labels stay on kraft boxes and poly mailers?
They're designed to stay put on a variety of surfaces; just make sure the surface is clean, smooth and dry before applying.
Can I use my own artwork?
Yes. Upload your final artwork now or add it after purchase. We will match it to the exact production template before printing.
What does the price include?
